Based on analysis of the current state of information-measuring systems functional diagnosis of objects studied organization (in the broad sense of the word) systems in its class. Suggested their structural and algorithmic description based on the systems approach as a generalized hierarchical functional morphologically-informa-tion model. The problems that should be solved to improve the efficiency of this type of diagnosis.

In paper are presented the experimental results of research of making of passive thermocompensation for stabilization of optical perimeter of a ring laser gyro. Application of a similar method of compensation for the resonators made of optical glasses CO-115M and Clearceram is viewed. Necessity of precheck of thermal increment of optical perimeter of a laser gyroscope is shown. As a result of research for the first time it is reached a single-line mode of the device in all interval of working temperatures.

Magnetic field of the thin film magnetic head arranging poles hori-

zontal relating to the magnetic layer of the hard disk as well as magnetic field of the thin film magnetic head arranging horizontal and vertical poles are investigated. The optimal correlation of the head parameters (pole thickness, pole gap and distance between the poles and the middle of magnetic layer) giving maximal writing field is determined. The practical examples of the numerical computation of the magnetic head parameters for the cases of different poles positions relating to the magnetic layer of the hard disk are presented.

Investigation results of SAW resonators on "black" lithium niobate substrate as sensitive elements for temperature sensors in the range up to 250 °C with a straight-line temperature-frequency characteristic and measurement accuracy ~ 0,1 °C are given. The technique of application of such sensitive elements but with a phase format of an output signal as the thermomet-ric "magnifying glass" is suggested. Possibilities of observing and measuring of small changes of temperature (~0,002 °C) in vicinities of the temperature "roughly" (with an accuracy of 0,1 °C) measured by the sensitive element with an output signal in frequency format are shown experimentally.

The description of navigation aviation system for airplanes approach landing which are instrument of "hot backup" for an airdrome systems is given. The system uses UV-C spectral range and monophoton technology. Ground-based and aboard radiating elements (beacons) and receivers of UV-C band are used for the determination of aircraft position relatively of the landing strip.

The article describes the principle of operation and the proposed variant of realization of diagnostics system designed to assess the efficiency of ultrasonic influence on liquid. It is shown that as a criterion of efficiency of transformation of energy of ultrasonic fluctuations in energy shock waves can be used variations of the reciprocal of the coefficient of light transmission cavita-tion area. Describes an example of the experimental determination of the criterion.

Review of results of a development and an investigation of prospective spin-gated and spin-tunneling magne-toresistive nanoelements with spin transfer. This direction of spintronics is the development of studies of elements with giant magnetoresistive resistance in the world and it allows substantially decrease device sizes, simplify its design and improve technical characteristics. Developments of storage devices with random access, magnetic field sensors and sensing heads with spin transfer are carried out.
