It is noted in the article that the U.S. Legislative Power is not an obstacle for enlargement of the trade in ordinary technological goods despite its periodical destructive political measures in respect of Russia. At the same time Congress prevents the growth of trade in high-tech goods, including defense equipment and dual-purpose goods. The authors believe that current Russian needs to widen on a large scale road's building and to modernize railways open good prospects for fast growth of trade with the USA. "New models" of the U.S. - China relations is still more rhetoric than substance. Strategic and Economic Dialogue in 2013 seems to be fruitful in economic, less in military realms. U.S. rebalancing to the Asia-Pacific had obvious harmful effects on China. War is possible hypothetically, though the 'hot scenario' to be true, the specific composition of conflicting motivations should grow ripe. This composition and process is not visible yet. Interwar years of the XX century were a unique period for the history of United States. Despite the Great Depression which outbroke in 1929, those years remained in the world history as a peak of mental activity, a unique raise of creative work and an outstanding example of artist's and Maecenas' collaboration. For American art, the first quarter of XX century became a landmark for formation a national, individual version of Art Deco style.
