The article presents an approach to the formation of criterion of automatic control of sucker rod pump based on economic parameters of oil extracting. Use of predictive control for the decision of a problem of search of an extremum of the generated criterion is shown. Results of simulation of the generated algorithm are given, conclusions on efficiency of the resulted approach are made.

Volga-Ural oil and gas province is characterized by late-stage development of mineral resources, but to date has a significant reserve of planned and prospective oil resources. From the number of the license areas of Tatarstan, Udmurtia and the Samara region shows that as a result of detailed seismic survey and drilling exploratory wells in recent years has successfully opened oil fields controlled by intraformational system Kama-Kinel troughs. These deposits are generally characterized by a buried mode of occurrence in the traps of different genetic types. The use of attribute analysis to interpret the boundaries of karst erosion Visean-cuttings for the optimum placement of exploratory wells productive Bobrikovian shown in a section of the Samara region. Raw materials, the results of exploration work in recent years in the central part of the Volga-Ural province, geological conditions indicate the need for detailed geological research area in order to identify new deposits and growth of hydrocarbon reserves.

The authors analyze the Kashirskian carbonate sediments in the Kuakbashskaya area in terms of their oil potential. The paper discusses the reservoir properties of the Kashirskian carbonate sediments, results of well-logging reinterpretation, correlation between well logging and field surveys data. Challenges related to defining of reservoir-beds and their saturation with formation fluids are highlighted. The complexity of the Kashirskian cross-section implies its further detailed study to discover hydrocarbon accumulations.

Today vertical steel tanks remain one of the most dangerous industrial objects. The subject of research in this article has been accidents of tanks and the objective is identifying the dominant causes of the destruction of tanks on the basis of statistical data. Differential settlement of tanks presents special interest to the authors, because it is one of the main causes of the destruction of tanks. This is compounded by the fact that today insufficient attention is given to systematic geodetic inspection of tanks. The authors prove the relevance and the need to develop technique of monitoring of the spatial position of the tank.

In the article the process of spontaneous flap elements tool for expanding the borehole and milling casing is considered on the example of the sliding router. The influence of such factors as the moment of inertia arising is evaluated during milling. Based on analysis of the milling process of the casing and a comparison with milling on the milling machine we identified factors that have the greatest impact on the tool wedges. The formula describing the dependence of the moment of inertia of the length of milled chips allows us to observe the time dependence of the probability and the length of the flap milled chips, from which we can get the minimum permissible value of the chip, where the flap is possible. Based on the collected statistics in real time we can monitore the moment of inertia.

The processes that occur during the well drilling and completion have significant and often irreversible effects on the properties of near-wellbore zone. Sensitivity study of the characteristics of mud invasion, well cleanup and production processes is carried out to the properties of reservoir, external and internal mud cake and perforation length. Sensitivity of dynamics of external mud cake buildup to the rate of mud circulation in wellbore is also analyzed. The characteristics of mud invasion significantly depend on the reservoir mobility, solids concentration and circulation.

The result of the analysis is a matrix of chemical EOR methods applicability for various geological formations. In the future it is planned to use this matrix to select the appropriate chemical EOR methods for various reservoirs within Company''s production assets.

In this paper the analytical model to predict the performance of steam-assisted gravity drainage is developed. The model is validated on the experimental data of physical model of the SAGD process. Theoretical oil rate prediction at the steam-assisted gravity drainage for conditions of heavy oil reservoir on the Ashalchinskoye field is presented.

We have developed new SKL hardware systems for wireline and memory logging in vertical, deviated or horizontal oil-and-gas wells drilled with fresh and biopolymer muds. Employing the SKL systems is accompanied by the development of algorithms and software for numerical interpretation of the electrical and electromagnetic soundings data. The interpretation is based on the integration of the electromagnetic field characteristics measured with the SKL systems. The high detail of investigation and the state-of-art software allow to reliably reconstruct spatial distribution of electrical resistivity in complex terrigenous formations.

БУРЕНИЕ БОКОВОГО СТВОЛА ИЗ СКВАЖИНЫ МАЛОГО ДИАМЕТРА

There are remaining recoverable reserves in the oil fields of the Perm region, which are unprofitable to develop by the traditional construction of wells (production string diameter - 168 mm) due to the high cost of building. To involve such reserves in the development it was suggested to use the construction of small diameter wells (SDW) with a changing of the traditional design in the direction of reducing the diameter of the production string. According to the results of drilling the cost is reduced up to 25 %. Despite the many advantages, the SDW design has the essential drawback - there is no reliable technology of the sidetrack drilling. That''s why some changes in the SWD structure, which allow to drill of a sidetrack with a kickoff in a technical column and, as a consequence, to save additionally of 24 % of the cost of the new SDW was suggested. Also the economic calculation was made.

Carbonate deposits throughout lithogenesis undergo various transformations, which include compaction, cementation, dolomitization, recrystallization, sulfation, leaching, etc., by which the structure of reservoir space undergoes various changes. These variations must be considered when designing the field, particularly in the choice of methods of stimulation and increased recovery rates of oil and gas. The purpose of this paper is to clarify and assess the impact of secondary dolomitization on their properties of oil, gas and condensate reservoirs (Riphean and Vendian collectors in Eastern Siberia), and to identify patterns of change in reservoir properties, depending on the content of CaCO3 and MgCO3 using modern analytical methods: X-ray imaging and thermogravimetric analysis. Studies have confirmed that the process of secondary dolomitization accompanied by an increase of porosity and density dolomite rocks for oil and gas/con- densate field. However, if the gas field process of replacing calcium magnesium creates favorable conditions for the filtration of hydrocarbons in oil rocks no change is observed. Accordingly if the metasomatism and porosity increases, the effect on permeability is ambiguous, that must be considered when choosing a method of improving oil and gas recovery.

The article views the features of enhanced oil recovery to explore what blocking effect the injected water has on formation oil movement in the White Tiger HT fractured basement. The injected water moves faster where the fracture network is better developed, and when the injection rates are higher. At this, some oil - that can be extracted using existing production methods - remains blocked with water in the blocks adjacent to the injection wells temperature-affected areas. Technogenic and geothermal component of the temperature field in the displacement areas has 45-35 °C deltas, according to the well test. When the temperature goes below 115-110 °C, the significant change of reservoir fluids viscosity is observed. The testing established relationship of the oil and water mobility ratios versus degree of the White Tiger basement fractures opening, by dynamic viscosity values.

The aim of this study was to research the effect of Cr-CrC ion-plasma protective coating on the intensity of steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion. Studies of the failure dynamics and characteristics of the obtained coating (thickness, microhardness, composition, structure, etc.) were carried out with use of research equipment complex and the determination of the relative solid particle erosion resistance was carried out with use of specialized experimental rig. The studies revealed that at attack angle 30° and at sample surface temperature 550 °C Cr-CrC coating not less than 4 times increases steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion resistance duration for the duration of the incubation period. The results of carried out tests can be used for further research of the solid particle erosion processes of various protective coatings which apply to protect elements of power equipment, oil and gas pipelines.

This paper presents the results of the sedimentology and lithology heterogeneity investigation in the complicated Lower Miocene clastic reservoirs and its relationship with the fundamental rock petrophysical properties (porosity, permeability) in the Central Dragon field (Cuu Long basin, Vietnam Offshore). Based on the seismic survey data, core lithological and petrophysical analysis data and the wireline logs the comprehensive complex analysis of the section facial characteristics had been done. The reservoir lithological heterogeneity analysis and the lithological (facies) contribution to the petrophysical properties (porosity, permeability) distribution had been evaluated with the special (advanced) petrophysical attribute - FZI (Flow Zone Indicator). Following the investigation, the highlighted depositional environments with improved reservoir properties had been determined. The research data can be used to refine the actual geological model and for the further geological prospecting objectives.

The paper presents an overview and analysis of scientific studies on the influence of mechanical effects (including Rebinder effect) on mechanical properties of reservoir rocks. Some basic experimental and theoretical results of these studies are presented. Significant degree of influence of mechanochemical effects on elastic and strength properties of reservoir are showed.
ВЛИЯНИЕ СЕРОВОДОРОДА НА ВНУТРЕННЮЮ КОРРОЗИЮ ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ СБОРА И ПОДГОТОВКИ НЕФТЯНОГО ГАЗА СП «ВЬЕТСОВПЕТРО»

Research of carbon steels of JV Vietsovpetro gas transport and preparation equipment corrosion in conditions of growth of H 2S and CO 2 content is executed. Gas-phase internal corrosion rate and corrosion damage are insignificant: 0,002-0,05 mmpy and up to 2,57 % of walls thickness (17-19 mm), accordingly due to formation of protective waterproof film with thickness 36 - 320 mcm on internal surfaces of the equipment. Corrosion of water condensate at absence of oxygen has made 0,0025mmpy. Structural and component (EDX) researches, electronic microscopy have shown absence of the latent kinds of corrosion, preservation of phase structure and strength parameters of steel under standard ASTM А106, API 5L at concentration H 2S up to 140ррм, pressure up to 12 MPa during operation time 17 years. It is established, that real border of a dangerous zone for H 2S is above stipulated by standard NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156. Therefore the basis for corrosion inhibitor's application or H2S absorber should be investigated for revealing real border of danger to real gas composition and technological parameters of its preparation Results of work had allowed to refuse application of gasphase corrosion inhibitor with real economic profit.
