The paper presents the results of a research of the filtering process waterproofing compounds in permeable foundation. On the basis of experimental researches established limits of applicability of the most widely used waterproofing formulations depending on the permeability and the size of the pore channels formation. The analysis of the factors influencing the process of pumping fluid in the insulated reservoir intervals with different reservoir properties is given. The authors formulated requirements for waterproofing compounds. A method of increasing the efficiency of repair and insulation work is presented, based on a graded approach to water shutoff pumpable compositions of various types.

New wells built with rotory steerable systems have longest horizontal sections. When cementing these wells need to pay great attention to the properties of cement slurries, because of the probability of its sedimentation and, as a consequence annulus flows. Annular flows during the exploitation of oil and gas wells significantly reduce the efficiency of field development in general. One of the main causes of the annular flow is the use of cementing compositions which do not satisfy the conditions of the well. The results of studies of the effect of different mineral additives on the properties of cement slurry are presented. Expanding, sedimentation stability and highly mobile cementing compositions for attaching directional and horizontal wells and sidetracks are offered.

The question of surfactant adsorption layer structure on the surface of the solid substance is investigated. The mathematical analysis showed that the formed surfactant adsorption layer in case of low concentrations doesn't have a continuous but a "mosaic" structure. It is determined that the heterogeneous periodic adsorption bed leads to hydrocarbons filtration velocity increase.

The goal of this research is to investigate and to develop a range of science and technological solutions for efficient oil recovery method using multiphase flow energy with variable density. New technical solution for hydraulic systems and machines is developed and registered. The rotor in this new hydraulic machine has a permeable tridimensional cellular structure. After the first stage of the research some intermediate conclusions can be done. Lab tests have proved the main operating principles of hydraulic machine fitted with permeable cellular structured rotor (as well turbines, pumps, fans, separators, propellers). There are new possibilities in creation of efficient oil recovery methods for offshore oil production.

X-ray computed microtomography investigated filtration-capacitive characteristics of core sand Ashalchinsk reservoirs series. To simulate the flow of a viscous fluid in the pore scale we use a mathematical model, which consists of the continuity equation and stationary Navier - Stokes equations. It was shown that Kozeny - Carman formula gives curtained values of permeability coefficients, compared with filtration characteristics calculated using the Navier - Stokes equations. It was revealed that the reservoir properties of cores, calculated on the basis of microtomography data can be extrapolated to the samples of porous media with larger scale.
К ОБОСНОВАНИЮ ПОСТРОЕНИЯ МОДЕЛЕЙ ЗОНАЛЬНОГО ПРОГНОЗА НЕФТЕГАЗОНОСНОСТИ ДЛЯ НИЖНЕ-СРЕДНЕВИЗЕЙСКОГО КОМПЛЕКСА ПЕРМСКОГО КРАЯ

The authors on the base of elementary cells system performed a probabilistic assessment of oil and gas potential using individual weighting factors for each cell individually, to enhance the quality of the forecast. Probability zonal forecast models are built for oil and gas potential Lower-Middle Visean terrigenous oil and gas complex (C 1v), which has maximum oil resources in the Perm region. The forecast is made on a range of structural and cardinality indicators characterizing the reflective surface, the structural location of productive deposits and a thickness of 847 cells distributed in the territory of elements of petroleum-zoning. For the construction of multidimensional models the authors carried out analysis and adaptation, received the scheme of values of probabilistic criterion, distributed in cells for Visean terrigenous oil and gas complex in the Perm region. The resulting distribution can be used to select the areas of geologic al prospecting and differentiated assessment of forecast non-localized resources in the evaluation of new license areas.
КИНЕТИКА ОКИСЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ПРОЦЕССОВ КЕРОГЕНСОДЕРЖАЩИХ ПОРОД ПРИ ТЕРМИЧЕСКОМ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИИ

The involvement of the nontraditional hydrocarbons reserves in the development becomes recently ever more actual. The strata of Bazhenovskaya suite are characterized by low permeability and porosity, a large quantity of organic matter consisting of the kerogen and the light oil is contained in the stratum rocks. As a result of the strata rocks thermal treatment their general voidage increases, and the undrainable zones are converted into drainable ones, forming in this case the additional inflow of oil. The kinetics of the oxidation of the kerogen-containing rocks is studied experimentally in VNIIneft OAO on the differential scanning calorimeter of high pressure HP DSC1 for the realization of the method of thermal gas treatment of Bazhenovskaya suite rocks. The obtained results show that in the low-temperature range of the oxidation Bazhenov suite rocks have the close values of the activation energies of oil and drainage rocks. This causes subsequently their joint involvement in the oxidation processes.

The article represents the approach for risk evaluation. This approach was tested in Uvat Exploration Project, which is situated in the southern part of Tyumen State. The main factors of risk include: trap, saturation, reservoir, seal. The using of the approach allowed to improve the success of exploration and give the opportunity to control the risks.

Quantitative approach to selection of analogs in oil and gas field development planning is presented. This approach consists in finding and using the correlation on a set of similar objects. Approach can be used both for filling the gaps in knowledge about the geology of the formation and for evaluation of production potential of the deposit. Examples of numerical analysis of analogs are shown.

The article describes complex methods to ensure transportation of the high- paraffin crude oil by the example of Dragon field, located in South Vietnam offshore. The methods include optimization of the oil treatment technology by chemical agents (pour point depressants and de-emulsifiers); implementation of the depressant additives solutions for the more effective impact on oil; rehabilitation of the throughput capacity of pipelines; break of the water- oil emulsions to decrease the viscosity of the transported oil. Example of the non-heat-insulated pipeline RP-1 - FSO-3 explains how implementation of the complex methods leads to the positive results in ensuring safe transportation of the produced product.
КОМПЛЕКСНЫЙ ПОДХОД К ОБОСНОВАНИЮ ПОИСКОВО-РАЗВЕДОЧНОГО БУРЕНИЯ

This paper presents the results of the complex approach application in geological prospecting objectives in common, and in exploration drilling planning in the Vietnam offshore (block 09-1) in particular (as the example). Due to increased interest to non-structural geological traps, the various seismic interpretation and analysis techniques had been introduced, like the advanced seismic attributes, seismic facies analysis. Besides the detailed geological data, like core and wireline data integration is also in the field of interest of the current investigation. As the result, the 3D generation model of the Cuu Long petroleum system had been introduced. So, an integrated approach, detailed analysis and systematization of geological and geophysical data allows to determine the further competent strategy of the geological prospecting objectives and to select the areas of interest for the subsequently exploration drilling. This approach had been hold in 2012-2014 yrs., and was introduced in 2014. As the result, the local structures were found out and successfully drilled with the exploration drilling. A number of these areas led to a great success and significant contribution to the hydrocarbon reserves balance enhancement.
КОМПЛЕКСНЫЙ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНЫЙ ПОДХОД К ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЮ КИНЕТИКИ КОЛЬМАТАЦИИ ПОРИСТЫХ СРЕД

The authors present a new technique for estimating of kinetic parameters of internal filter-cake buildup by combining laboratory mud-filtration experiments with a profile of invaded mud components reconstructed by X-ray microcomputed tomography, image processing of a cleaved sample, and ultrasonic wave scanning. We include examples of reconstructed profiles of invaded mud components (solid particles and bentonite clay) as well as the procedure of determining of internal filter-cake parameters. Using obtained profiles we demonstrate that value of "critical porosity" when all mud particles stop to penetrate into porous medium and depost at the sandface, forming the external filter-cake. In the case of heterogeneous rock (limestone) the group of high-conductive pores is visualized. Developed experimental techniques allow obtain the profile of mud components in core sample, determine the parameters of clogging kinetic and, then, calculate the mud components and permeability profiles in the near-wellbore zone.
КОРРОЗИОННАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ ПРОДУКЦИИ СКВАЖИН И ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ЗАЩИТЫ НЕФТЕГАЗОДОБЫВАЮЩЕГО ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ СП «ВЬЕТСОВПЕТРО»

Researches of internal corrosion rate dependence from conditions oil-gas producing, basically in offshore conditions are executed for prolongation of terms of equipment operation and accident precaution owing to internal corrosion. It is established, that in wells production with small water content corrosion rate pipes from steel Р-105, Р-110 does not exceed 0,007mm/year, but if water content in production is over 55-60 % it increases up to 0,1 - 0,208 mm/year. Major factors of stress-corrosion in reservoir water are products of acid treatment of wells and dissolved oxygen in technological liquids and pipelines cleaning by sea water washing. Decrease рН and temperature growth lead to growth of corrosion rate. Rate of ulcer corrosion has exceeded 3,8mm/year after saturation of water by oxygen. Growth of on section of a pipe from 0,55 (top) to 0,93mm/year (bottom) is revealed. Reagents reducing corrosion rate are recommended after oilfield tests of 3 types of corrosion inhibitors. Additional internal protection of separators by anodes and anticorrosive epoxy coatings is proposed. The complex of the offered actions has allowed to raise life-time of the offshore oil and gas producing equipment and to exclude accidents.

Considering the current state of Gazprom Neft JSC fields under development, one of the main guidelines to increase the efficiency of initially recoverable reserves is industrial introduction of methods for enhanced oil recovery In conditions of increased water flooding in order to influence less permeable areas of the productive formation it is necessary to limit water filtration in washed out areas and to redistribute filtration flows. This can be achieved with the help of conformance control technologies. A special methodology has been worked out to select sites for conformance control. Validation criteria were defined. Successful application of these methods has been confirmed by well operations performed on the sites of Gazprom Neft JSC in 2013-2014.

The subject of the real research was establishment of possibility of receiving the foam glasses which are characterized by practical floodability and absence of excess carbon on a surface from the liquating low-alkali alumoborosilicate glasses. Existence of liquation in the researched glass is confirmed with electron microscope research. The glass structural chemical composition is calculated by R.L. Muller''s technique. The prescription technological parameters which allowed receiving practical floodability dairy foam glass that specifies existence of phase separation are fulfilled. Thus X-ray amorphy of all probed samples tells about liquation on type liquid - liquid. It is shown the prospects of using of the received foam glass as a sorbent in the purification of water areas. The existence of liquation in the glass and absence of excess carbon on a surface of the received foam glass open the possibility of its nanostructuring by applying technology of porous glasses.

It was found that the linear direction of the secondary dolomitization within Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye field crosses tectonically contrasting tightly adjoining and hydrodynamically connected with each other areas of compression-tensile. On the basis of it we have established functioning of the natural "tectonic pump" in the field. This phenomenon due to the tangential multidirectional movements during periods of structural rearrangements produced pumping the bulk of the fluid (including oil-bearing fluid) on the most impervious paths marked by the formation of authigenic dolomite.

Wells can be connected to the greatest oil production of the Velichayevsko-Kolodeznoye field lines of the submeridianalny and sublongitudinal directions. Similar drawing of linear zones can be seen on the map of Stavropol Krai with the put deep breaks and on the scheme of lineament of a surface of the considered territory. These facts allow to make the assumption of communication of the saved-up oil production on field wells with tectonic violations of a sedimentary cover.
