ЛИТОЛОГО-ТЕКТОНИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕЛЬ СТРОЕНИЯ ДЕВОНСКИХ ТЕРРИГЕННЫХ ОТЛОЖЕНИЙ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ САМАРСКОГО РЕГИОНА (ЧАСТЬ 1)

Geological study in Samara region has long history and, in general, exploration maturity is sufficient. At the same time containing valuable reserves the Devonian sedimentary complex has lower degree of geologic certainty than other formations. Due to the great depth, the Devonian complex has to be studied mostly by deep wells including exploration and development ones. Working capacity is increased by application of modern automated well-log correlation techniques. The article describes the results of investigations concerning Devonian terrigenous petroleum-bearing complex of Samara region in terms of crystalline basement structure and its geological history The research is based on the results of regional automated well-log correlation. The authors put forward upgraded classification scheme for Devonian formations and show the dependence between tectonics and sedimentary complex morphology.

The production of the dry magnesia cement mixes, intended for the qualitative cementing of the boring cases, overlapping the deposits of water-soluble salts in the oil and gas wells, is labor-consuming process. By this the need for the optimization of their compositions taking into account the chemical activity of the magnesia binding base, features of the mining-geological and engineering-technical conditions of the construction of each concrete well, is caused. As the method, making it possible to operationally optimize the process of the new formula choice, the case study method is selected. The method in question is based on the use of cumulative data on the previously optimized formulas of magnesia plugging materials. The applicability of the solutions, obtained with the aid of the case study method, is checked with the aid of the regression models, created with the use of the three-factor planned experiment, and by conducting control laboratory investigations of the selected according to the case study method formula of dry plugging mixture, prepared under the plant conditions. As a result the possibility of applying the selected method for the operational optimization of formulas at the production of dry magnesia cement mixes is proven.

To estimate performance of dual-permeability reservoir a numerical model was developed. The model assumes that the reservoir is waterflooded with low-salinity water, it is developed by parallel producing and injection horizontal wells, and that a multistage hydrofracing is performed in producing wells. As an example, numerical model for the Bashkirian deposit 302 of the Romashkinskoye oil field was built.

Effective washing of downhole sucker-rod pumps with clogged valves is very challenging, if ever possible, in lost-circulation wells. Workover operations to restore valves'' normal operations have to be performed, as a rule. The paper presents a method to restore a clogged downhole pump operation without well intervention.

The objective of the present work is to develop a methodology for determining of switching time to injection mode, which maximizes the economic effect in terms of cumulative discount production. The methodology is based on the techno-economic model of oil reservoirs development by regular patterns of vertical wells or vertical wells with fractures including the effect of switching wells to injection and allows to define optimal switching time for the given parameters of the well pattern, the filtration properties of the reservoir and the discount rate.

Assessment of new project is a very responsible and exigent activity. However, some projects can (and must!) be exclude at the very first, preliminary stage of evaluation. It was proposed original method of new project production forecast. It helps in reduction of term of assessment and subjective points of view in the conditions of limited information. The proposed method includes: automatic selection of fields-analogues, based on users' criteria; interactive adjustment of flooding characteristic of estimated object (using analogues and visual monitoring); interactive adjustment of fluid withdrawal with simultaneous visual control of forecast parameters of object development. The article describes implementation of the method and further ways of development.

The authors illustrated the main plan of action and estimated the implemented reservoir engineering methods for the offshore fields conditions. We analyzed deposits development under various plans of development and flooding. On the basis of the geological-hydrodynamic model we justified the optimal well pattern and flooding pattern to simulate the best development plan where the high oil recovery factor is achieved having the limited planned well stock. The well intervention actions, including the implementation of new technologies are developed in order to increase the field sweep efficiency The example of clastics depositions at the Central area of Dragon field oil reservoir showed the peculiarities of reservoir engineering which include selection and clarification of the development plan providing achievement of high oil recovery factor and project profitability.

Carbonate reservoirs of Tournaisian stage are studied, in terms of the links between existing geological heterogeneity and prediction of the wells. The methodology of the study is a detailed study of the geological features of the reservoir formation, comparing them with the data of geophysical, petrophysical studies and comparing the received information with the characteristics of the wells. The main results of the work is the systematization of carbonate reservoirs, the allocation of petrophysical classes and litho-types, address using petrophysical relationships for each lithology type.

The goal of the research is development of methodological basis for regional and local forecasting and scientific evidence of top-priority directions of exploration works taking into account national and international theory and practice of effective complex management of native bitumen. The developed theoretical ideas and methodologies of crustal platforms studies as a whole are presented as a new scientific approach to the solution of the problem of management of non-traditional hydrocarbon sources, that is being based on system analysis: from geological study, prediction, prospecting and exploration to the application of geophysical methods while making native bitumen management preparations. The methodology presented in the paper is considered to be an effective technique of evaluation of perspectives of oil-bitumen-rich shallow horizons of sedimentary cover of frontier territories.

МЕТРОЛОГИЯ. ПЕРЕХОД НА НОВЫЙ УРОВЕНЬ (ИНТЕРВЬЮ С ДИРЕКТОРОМ ПО НИОКР БИЗНЕС-ЕДИНИЦЫ «НЕФТЕГАЗОВОЕ ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ» ООО «УК «ГРУППА ГМС» А.Н. ЛИЩУКОМ)

В начале 2013 г дирекция НИОКР Группы ГМС и компания Invensys представили свою совместную разработку - инновационную измерительную установку МЕРА-МР. В настоящее время технологическая система и конструкция установки полностью готовы к коммерческой эксплуатации. Эксклюзивным производителем новой измерительной установки является крупное тюменское предприятие - ОАО «ГМС Нефтемаш» (входит в машиностроительный холдинг АО «Группа ГМС»). Предприятием также получено право на промышленную сборку в России ключевого метрологического узла измерительных установок серии МЕРА-МР - многофазного расходомера NetOil&Gas (NOG) [1 - 4]. В настоящее время ОАО «ГМС Нефтемаш» продолжает работы по расширению модельного ряда измерительных установок серии МЕРА. Важным этапом реализации этого проекта стали работы по проектированию и строительству специализированного испытательного метрологического стенда-эталона.

The model of waterflooding of three-layer oil reservoir saturated with oil having non-Newtonian properties is presented. The paper deals with numerical model of oil displacement by water with the law of movement of oil from the limiting gradient shift. It is modeled a flow of non-Newtonian fluid in a porous medium in variables ''velocity - saturation''. There is a comparison with a case when a limiting gradient of oil shear is neglected. It is shown that the final oil recovery factor will be thus essentially predatory.

Condition and mechanism of sedimentation of asphalten-resin substances in the processes of production, transporting and preparation of oil have been analyzed in the given investigation. Models of description of sedimentation processes of asphalten-resin substances in horizontal and vertical conveying pipes, models of change of porosity in oil layers and on the surface of water in oil emulsion have been offered. It has been mentioned that mainly mechanism of sedimentation of particles is characterized by migration-diffusion transfer of the particles to the surface in laminar and turbulent flow Possible variants of comparison of experimental and calculation values have been shown.

МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ РЕЗОНАНСНЫХ КОЛЕБАНИЙ ПРОЛЕТОВ НЕФТЕПРОМЫСЛОВЫХ ТРУБОПРОВОДОВ С ПОМОЩЬЮ ПАКЕТА ANSYS

The simulations of the spans resonance oscillations piping length from 2 to 8 m and a diameter of from 114 to 530 mm by ANSYS software. It is shown that the difference in the values of the resonance frequencies calculated by the RTM 38.001-94 "Guidelines for the calculation of the strength and vibration of technological steel pipelines", and defined by ANSYS software, increases from 5 to 40% while reducing the span length, and increasing the diameter of the pipeline. This significant difference in the values of the natural frequencies may lead to an unexpected occurrence of vibrations due to the overlap the natural frequencies with the compressor equipment pulsations in the piping design that performs on RTM 38.001-94.

Nowadays the multistage hydraulic fracturing is one of the most popular treatments of increasing the flow rate in inconvenient reservoirs. The usual hydraulic fracture design does not take into account the mutual interaction between cracks. This study shows that when the fractures a close to each other, this mutual interaction plays significant role. So, the main goal of this paper is to analyze the influence of the elastic interaction between fractures on their trajectories. The modeling of the crack propagation is based on the brittle fracture mechanics and the SIE method. Several simulations were conducted. It was shown that the fracture trajectories can be deviated considerably from the straight path. The results of this study can be used for planning multistage hydraulic fracturing and minimizing fracture deviation from the straight path by choosing the spacing between fractures.
