МОДЕЛЬ КОМПЛЕКСНОГО МОНИТОРИНГА СОСТОЯНИЯ ОБЪЕКТОВ НЕФТЕХРАНЕНИЯ

In this article the core stages of construction of model of complex monitoring of petroleum keeping objects conditions are shown. On the basis of logical-possibillistic modeling the complex index petroleum keeping object conditions is produced. Using this of complex index the control actions are working out. These control actions provide preliminary forecasting of emergencies of technogenic character.

The paper considers the statement of the problem of development of the tool for monitoring the quality of design solutions and optimization of the designed structures of objects of capital construction in the oil industry. The authors determined fundamental indicators for analysis of designed objects and checking of design solutions quality. There was suggested a method of step-by-step monitoring of the current design of oil field facilities and reference structures that have characteristic parameters tending to best industry specific ratios (CAPEX, OPEX, metal intensity, energy intensity and others).

The article presents the analysis of topical issues of determining the rent for state or municipal land plots. The current legislation provides some ways to reduce the rent for linear facilities (pipelines, power lines, communication lines, roads, railway lines). The authors show this way of applying preferential rent not only for the linear part, but under the related structures of linear objects.

Review of US shale plays has demonstrated that the Republic of Tatarstan possesses similar resources in the Sargaevskian-Tournaisian domanic deposits. The paper presents detailed description of the depositional environment, lithological composition, and state of exploration of such deposits, as well as petroleum resource potential of oil-generating strata within rock matrix.

A new geologic model for the Bashkirian and Serpukhovian deposits 302-303 based on new data about geologic history is offered. The model uses seismic data for spatial positioning of destruction zones and well logging data. Analysis of well logging and production data, including production rates and water cut, validated the offered geologic model.

An attempt is made to justify the need for and feasibility of adjusting the current methodology of determining harm to aquatic biological resources from the position of some oil company which plans and leads its business activities on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation. Some suggestions were made for improvement and perfection of the mechanism determining the compensatory measures for compensation. Proposals for the regulations were formulated regulating the procedure for implementation of measures to compensate the damage to aquatic bioresources. The number of deficiencies in the approved Order of the Federal Agency for Fishery № 1166 «Method of determination of the harm caused by water biological resources» was identified. Some proposals were made for its adjustment in order to achieve greater transparency and predictability of the results of calculations.

О ВЛИЯНИИ ПОВЕРХНОСТНОЙ ТРЕЩИНЫ НА ОСТАТОЧНЫЙ РЕСУРС РЕЗЕРВУАРА РВС-10000

The aim is to study the influence of the size and location of surface crack in the wall of the tank for prediction the residual life. The nominal stresses were calculated by the finite element method. Exploitation loads were used for this calculation. Areas of maximum stresses were defined, where crack initiation was more probable. Stress intensity factors for cracks with various geometry forms and locations were defined. Dependence of crack growth were determined for ratio 0,25 to 1 of depth to half-length and the depth of crack to the wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,8. Analytical dependences of K-calibration functions were determined for calculation residual life of tank. The resulting data will be used in the prediction of residual life under the condition low-cycle fatigue.

The author of the article disputes with Prof. Yu.E. Baturin about his article on criterion of rationality of oilfields development. It is shown the incorrectness of identification of two independent development criteria: the criterion of optimality (effectiveness) and rationality In the time of the USSR both criteria were used. Currently, the criterion of rationality is not applied, despite its obvious importance. The absence of a criterion of rationality causes substantial damage to the domestic oil and gas subsurface management.

The new scientific results concerning the theory and methods of oil-gas field development are analyzed. The importance of these results in the real projects of field development is shown. The relative phase permeability tensor character is settled by theory and is confirmed by experiments. For two-phase flows the new anisotropy effects of the "rotation" of phase permeability tensor main axis is found out in saturation dependence. The possibility of the formation of "stagnant" zones, where even one of the phases is immobile, was shown by calculation experiment.

This paper discusses the reasons for discrepancy between production rates of horizontal wells calculated by analytic formulas and actual well rates from the Romashkino field. It has been found that analytical formulas derived on the basis of total pore volume concept based on absolute gas permeabilities do not consider formation volume and skin factors. Randomly assumed dimensions of a specific drainage volume model affect simulated results. Besides, analytic formulas do not consider reservoir heterogeneity and transient fluid flow observed after putting a well on stream. Therefore, such formulas should be used mainly for qualitative evaluation. The authors recommend using 3D sector or full-field reservoir models to predict horizontal well rates.

The aim of this work was the experimental determination of the coefficient of water vapor permeability of thin-film thermal insulation coatings (TTC), polyurethane foam (PUF) and aerogel. The experimental values of the water vapor permeability coefficient TTC indicate its high barrier properties against water vapor. Thus, water vapor permeability TTC is more than 40 times lower than the foam and aerogel. The obtained vapor permeability values TTC makes it very promising for use in thermal insulation designs of equipment and pipelines of the fuel and energy complex.

The authors consider elastic-plastic deformation of the near-well zone reservoir, which is one of the main causes stuck drill strings, crumpling and violations tightness casing and a number complications during drilling and subsequent operation of vertical and inclined wells. The results of the following tasks solutions are given: definition of the intensity of the narrowing wellbore; determination of stresses at the outer surface casing. It is confirmed the need for considering the influence of elastic-plastic deformation near-well zone of the reservoir when carrying out design work and at choice of rational parameters of a number of operational technology solutions.

Currently residual hard-to-recover reserves are confined to the deposits which are characterized by complex geological structure, low and ultralow permeability, high viscosity oil, the presence of faults, active plantar waters and gas caps. Efficient development of such requires new methods of oil production to ensure increased wells productivity, intensive rates of selection and high ultimate oil recovery at an acceptable profitability The expediency horizontal technology application in accordance with geological and technological conditions is given. The author discusses obstacles to widespread implementation of horizontal technologies in Tatarstan. The possibility of hydrodynamic research directly in the horizontal part of the hole is shown.
