REGULATION No.1-ISJAEE-2007 for the Award Commission of the Editorial Board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology
1. The reward commission is created under the editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology for carrying out of the international public estimation rewards materials, objective definition of merits and the personal contribution to world alternative energy and ecology of scientists and the public figures presented to rewarding by awards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, and operates without restriction of term.
Quantitative and personal structure of the reward commission (chairman, the secretary and members of the commission) is defined by the editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology. The structure of the Commission if necessary can be corrected by the editor-in-chief. The commission works on public principles.
Members of the reward commission can be associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, approved by the editor-in-chief. Structure of the reward commission joins representatives of different thematic directions of alternative energy from the different countries of the world. The reward commission is consists of 25 associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology — representatives of the different countries of the world.
2. The petition for rewarding by awards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is raised in the scientific and research organizations of a various level, in collectives of the enterprises, establishments, the organizations private, state, municipal and other patterns of ownership, in collectives of administrations of the government of all levels and institutions of local government, and also associate editors of the journal. The petition is signed by heads of the enterprises, establishments, the organizations private, state, municipal and other patterns of ownership, heads of organ of the government of all levels and institutions of local government, associate editors of the journal. The petition for rewarding is coordinated with the editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
At a direction of the petition for rewarding the exciting party represents:
1) the scientific review of works of the candidate on subjects of the journal for the publication in the journal in volume no more than 40 pages;
2) photos of the candidate;
3) the scientific biography (Curriculum Vitae);
4) 5 responses about the candidate from three known scientists from the different countries of the world and two known scientific and scientific and technical organizations from the different countries of the world.
3. Rewarding by awards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is carried out 2 times a year, namely:
1) by day of establishment of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology — on July, 29th;
2) by day of establishment of the Scientific Technical Center "TATA" (the founder of the journal) — on November, 29th.
4. In time for half a year before the specified dates the editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology informs associate editors on advantage and possible number of awards to which candidates on rewarding can be presented. Annually

Editorial board of ISJAEE awards no more than one maximum award of each advantage of scientists, to engineers, the scientific, scientific and technical, industrial organizations of the world which has brought the significant contribution to a world wealth of alternative energy and ecology.
5. Petitions for rewarding by awards of the Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology go on mail or the are transferred with envoy in the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
6. Petitions and the rewards materials presented in the reward commission from the organizations, not given within a year in edition of journal of any material for the publication, are not considered for the reward commission. Chairman of the reward commission reports on the editor-in-chief about the rewards materials which have acted in the reward commission, and will organize work of the reward commission on consideration of the presented materials. The reward commission in a month considers rewards materials, prepares projects of decisions on rewarding and reports on them to the editor-in-chief up to On July, 1st and on November, 1st current year.
7. The reward commission under the instruction of the editor-in-chief can consider petitions and rewards materials on separate candidates for other terms (anniversaries and events, special achievements, etc.). In this case petitions should be presented in the reward commission not less than ten days prior to an anniversary, events, meetings, etc.
8. The commission is obliged carefully, comprehensively and objectively to consider representations to awards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, being guided by the present Position and the Regulations about awards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
9. The reward commission has the right to reduce lists of the persons presented to rewarding.
10. Projects of decisions of the reward commission are signed by chairman and secretary of the reward commission.
11. Decisions of the reward commission on rewarding are the legislative ground for delivery to the candidates presented to awards, awards and certificates to them.
12. The resume and photos of the candidates who presented to awards, are published in the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology and on a site of the journal.
13. Decisions of the reward commission and rewards materials are filed in separate affair which is termless is stored in the Scientific Technical Center "TATA", being the founder and the publisher of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
14. The account, storage and delivery of breastplates (Orders and medals), cups, diplomas and letters is carried out by associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology in accordance with the established order.
15. For a public estimation of the contribution of the winner in alternative energy and ecology Public advice of the reward commission from delegates of the International Scientific and Business Club of Alternative Energy and Ecology — 7 person is created.
16. For a scientific estimation of results of works of laureate Advisory council of the reward commission of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology — 5 person is created.
17. For representation powers at process of rewarding Board of guardians of the reward commission of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology — 5 person is created.
