Handbook of Neuroehemistry and Molecular Neurobiology. Editorial Board: Leontino Battistin, Clinica delle Malattie Nervose e Mentali, University of Pado-va, Padova, Italy; Nicholas Bazan, Eye Center & Neuroscience Center, Louisiana State University, New Orleans, LA, USA; Anna Maria Giuffrida Stella, Dipartimento di Scienze Chimiche, Sezione Biochimica e Biologia, Catania, Italy; George Kunos, NIAAA/NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA; Bruce McEwen, Laboratory of Neuroendocrinology, Rockefeller University, New York, NY, USA; Henry Sershen, The Nathan Kline Institute, Center for Neurochemistry, Orangeburg, NY, USA; Robert K.Yu., Medical College of GA/IMMAG, Augusta, GA, USA
The first two editions of the Handbook of Neuro-chemistry were widely regarded as the most valuable reference works in the field. This updated and expanded 26-volume third edition - Handbook of Neurochemistry & Molecular Neurobiology - will contain contributions from an international group of experts. Each volume, edited by a leader in the field of neurochemis-try, covers a different area, and within each chapter is a comprehensive and current review of the subject under examination.
The quality, depth, and breadth of the greatly expanded Third Edition ensures that the Handbook of Neurochemistry & Molecular Neurobiology will continue to play a most valuable role as a reference source as well as a significant help for research and instruction for clinicians and researchers involved in work on the nervous system and the function of the brain.
Chapters will be available online, posted on an article-by-article basis, and available pay-perview. To ensure that the information remains current, content will be updated twice a year.
