Строительство глубокой горизонтальной скважины в Казахстане

For the first time in drilling practice of Zhanazhoi oil field productive zone of lower carbonate formation was drilled out in horizontal borehole. Typical drilling equipment normally used for drilling of vertical wells was used in this case. AITON Company provided efficient control of drilling process and horizontal drilling technology.

Developed is a parameter series of low flow rate centrifugal/vortex stages of high head (VNN5-25, VNN5-50, and VNN5-80). Serial manufacturing of stages of feeding capacity equal to 50 and 80 m3/day with one support has been organized. Preparation of two-support stages manufacturing and serial production of VNN2-25 stages with a lengthened barrel is being carried out.

Reviewed are two groups of problems and methods for their solution, which are common for the late stage of development, which are connected with wax precipitation elimination and peculiarities of producing low rates low profitable well stock, accordingly. Diagram is presented, illustrating the scope of basic dewaxing methods implementation in JSC Tatneft. New technological solution is proposed, providing for fluid withdrawal from the group of wells through one well, into the annulus of which production from other wells is coming by overflow. Reviewed is a ntq technical solution on controlling the work of pumping unit through electric power supply lines, which is applied, for the first time in the world, in JSC Tatneft.

It is shown, that volume-sonic stimulation is a highly efficient technology for oil recovery enhancement in water flooded formations, lying at the depth of up to 3500 meters and at the late stage of development. The most rational direction of utilizing this method is to implement it at multireservoir fields.

The study has been conducted on accumulation of chemical elements in organizms and mediums, utilizing methods of lihenoindications and aldodiagnostics. Evaluation of natural resources has been performed, rare and vanishing species of animals has been defined. Recomendations are given on protection of rare and vanishing species and natural reserve on the territory of Begeshkinskoye oil field (OAO Udmurtneft).

The influence of chemical agents on properties of cement slurry and cement stone, produced with neat cement, is studied. Determined are net discounted profit and, also, discounted cumulative economic effect under standard taxation and under production sharing agreement for real conditions of low-productivity oil pools. Conclusion is made, that conversion from standard taxation to production sharing agreement between the State and contractor enables to put on commercially viable development oil bearing formations with decreased, low and super-low productivity.
