REGULATION No.2-ISJAEE-2007 for the Award Established by the Editorial Board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology
1. Awards of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology are expressions of gratitude, respect, and thanks of the editorial board of the International scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology and a consortium "Hydrogen" to colleagues for demonstrated love and fidelity of service to the science of alternative energy and ecology, to fair and worthy execution of the profession, civil and scientific duty, preservation and augmentation of cultural wealth-moral of Russian science, the special contribution brought in property of the Russian and world science.
2. Awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology are established by the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology on the basis of representation of the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
3. Awards of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology are:
Orders, Medals, Diplomas.
4. The petition for assignment of awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology moves by physical persons, the organizations, public associations, structures of the state and executive authority in the reward commission of the International scientific journal for Alternative energy and ecology.
5. Representation to awards of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is made by regional branches or public associations goes in the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology with the instruction of the name of the award and a detailed substantiation of the merits defining its assignment.
6. Chairman of the reward commission is appointed the Editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology from the structure of associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology , the structure of the Commission affirms by the Editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology on representation of chairman.
The reward commission:
Prepares and represents for the editor-in-chief the conclusion and recommendations for rewarding, restoration of the award in the rights, to deprivation of the award, delivery of duplicates reward signs;
Will organize work and prepares materials on establishment of awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology;
Develops and discusses projects about reward signs, prepares for offers on change and addition of Regulations about awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
7. To awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology can be presented citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship on the basis of decisions of the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
8. Representations to rewarding foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, constantly living in territories of the Russian Federation, are made in accordance with general practice. Representations to rewarding foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, living abroad, are made in accordance with general practice.
9. On behalf of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology awards can hand
over:
Plenipotentiaries of the Board of guardians of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology;
The editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, plenipotentiaries and the persons representing the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology;
Chairman of the reward commission under awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology;
Heads of the public associations, being associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology;
Heads of federal structures of the government;

The editor-in-chief of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology can entrust to hand over awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology to other persons, authorized to make rewarding.
The award of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is to be rewarded not later than 18 months from the date of acceptance by the reward commission of the decision on rewarding.
The award of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is to be rewarded personally with simultaneous delivery of the certificate of the award.
10. Rewarding by an order or a medal can be made posthumously for special merits in areas of a science, ecology and the public work, the awards stipulated by given Regulations about rewards. In case of posthumous rewarding, the award of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology and the certificate of rewarding are handed over to the nearest members of family of rewarded.
11. The persons, who have been awarded awards of the editorial boards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology have privileges at the publication of the works in the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, at a subscription to the journal, at participation in the international scientific actions, conducts an editorial board of the journal.
12. Duplicates of awards can be given out to rewarded in cases of their loss as a result of an act of nature or under other circumstances when there was no opportunity to prevent loss of the award. Duplicates of documents to awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology instead of lost stand out to rewarded on the basis of decision of the reward commission.
Petitions for delivery of duplicates of orders, medals, professional signs to rewarded persons are raised by regional branches or the public associations, being associate editors of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, on the basis of the application to rewarded persons and check of circumstances of loss of the award by them.
In the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology is represented, alongside with the petition, the application of rewarded, documents on rewarding, the information testifying to the reason of loss of the award and the conclusion of the commission, loss investigated the reason. Lost and subsequently the found awards are given to the Commission under awards at presidium of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology.
13. Orders, medals and diplomas rewarded posthumously, and also documents on rewarding remain or transferred for storage as memory to its successors without the right of carrying.
14. Citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, and persons without citizenship, leaving the Russian Federation abroad, have the right to take out belonging them personally awards of an editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology and corresponding reward documents. Successors of deceased awardees leaving the Russian Federation abroad on a constant residence, have the right to take out documents on rewarding of their deceased relative. The order of export of awards from precious metals is adjusted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
15. The establishment and manufacture of the signs having alike, similar purposes or external similarity to awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, and also carrying of an order, a medal and the diploma Is forbidden to the persons who are not having on those the right. The specified actions attract the responsibility established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
16. Repeated representation to the same award is not made.
17. To order, medals and certificates number is assign number appropriated.
18. The persons, who awarded awards the editorial boards of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology, carry orders and medals on the left party of a breast.
19. Organs of federal executive authority the decisions can establish various kinds of encouragement rewarded, including ranks, breastplates, badges, the medals which are not having similarities to awards of the editorial board of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology. Their establishment is made in coordination with the reward commission of the International Scientific Journal for Alternative Energy and Ecology and State heraldry.
