    Problems of associated petroleum gas rational usage at well construction in oilfield conditions are considered in the article. The authors propose combined cooling heat and power scheme for more efficient supply of oilfield objects with the use of associated petroleum gas as an energy source for power generation units is advised.

  • СИСТЕМА КОНТРОЛЯ ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННОГО ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ СКВАЖИНЫ

    Solving a problem of spatial orientation and navigation immediately is related to development of information and measurement devices capable of quick and precise fetching of information. This paper proposes a method for determining orientation angles using inclinometer with structural redundancy, and an algorithm to decide upon quality of measurements made with its magnetometric and gyroscopic sensors. The algorithm relies on a priori information about presence of magnetic disturbances, on sensor data and on site latitude. The performed research resulted in improvement of metrological characteristics. The precision of azimuth inference in presence of magnetic anomalies has been increased 1 to 5.19 times on middle latitudes and 1.25 to 7.68 times on high latitudes. Insertion of sensors observing different physical values into downhole tool has in turn enhanced field of application of inclinometer system and reduced measurement times and costs.

    At present, the important issue is to develop a system of effective management and monitoring of the oil and gas field, for which have been used hydrodynamic model. In this paper, the basic steps of creating a permanent geological and technological model (PDGTM) and the analysis of the data needed for its construction are presented. On the basis of PDGM and neural network models to improve the system of automatic control and monitoring of oil and gas development is proposed the system-integrated approach that takes into account the basic system principles of the oil and gas development design and control processes. To ensure matching of recovery rates and injection fluid it is proposed local automation and control system of oil production well operation modes. On this basis, the optimization solutions modeling method is functionally extended, providing options to optimize modeling and decision making in the control and management of oil and gas development system.

    This paper presents the results of the detailed lithological core data investigation within the wireline logs response of the Upper Oligocene formation in the White Rabbit field (Cuu Long basin, Vietnam offshore). The natural gamma ray log distribution and shape had been analyzed in order to determine the lithological cycles of the sedimentation process. Following the results the sedimen- tology (facial) genetic groups had been evaluated, and the major environments (shale marine and marine) has been established. The petrophysial properties distribution relationship within the geological rock attributes (grain size distribution, diagenetic and post sedimentation processes, clay minerals content) had been investigated in the formation of interest. The data can be used in the advanced geological modeling procedures.

    The basis of the effective completion of the production wells is the creation of reliable casing, the retention of the drainage characteristics of the near-wellbore zone of productive stratum, averting the overflows of fluids between the interlayers of productive stratum, the retention of cement stone from the cracking in the intervals of perforation. An increase in the permeability of the near-wellbore zone and the stratum structure around the perforating channels in many respects determine the production wells rate. At that the integrity and the reliability of the cement stone after perforation action has not smaller effect on the quality of the obtained production. The results of the experimental studies of the perforation action on the models casing string - cement stone - rock are given.

    The paper considers well intervention technologies using coiled tubing. Coiled tubing applications for elimination of well production problems are reviewed with respect to pumping wells with trouble zones isolated with a packer. Following the cleanout of the annular space above the packer and dissolution of the remaining rock cuttings with acid, the stuck packer can be easily removed by a well-repair crew In order to identify the water-producing zones in the open-hole sections of horizontal wells a survey is conducted with the application of coiled tubing with a cable reeved into it.

    The paper presents a technology for controlled inflow production from horizontal wellbores. The system comprises an expandable tubular isolator made of an expandable profiled pipe coated with special sealants. After hydraulic expansion, the tubular isolator segmentizes a horizontal wellbore in two zones. The system further comprises packers and inflow-control valves (ICVs). The technology allows regulating flow from each segment, selective stimulation, and shutting down production from these segments if necessary without well intervention and interrupted oil production.

    The new technology of hot vegetable oil injection into oil reservoir before air injection due to in-situ combustion initiation is presented. Kinetic experiments with different vegetable oils were performed in order to select the most reactive vegetable oil. The linseed oil proved to be the most reactive one with the lowest self-ignition temperature. The time of linseed oil self-ignition in oil reservoir was calculated using experimental data. The technology of in-situ combustion initiation includes heating of the vegetable oil at the well head, vegetable oil injection into the oil reservoir, inert gas (nitrogen) injection for pushing vegetable oil from the bottom hole and then gradually oxygen concentration increase due to vegetable oil ignition and combustion beginning.

    The article considers basic types of wells problems were found on Perm oil deposits in 2004, 2008 and 2012. The most common type identified for oil wells was is asphaltene-resin-parafin deposits formation. The authors consider the new method for tubing pipes cleaning. The efficiency of this method is estimated. To evaluate the effectiveness of the technology quality of pipe and steel structure after processing were studied. The results of the laboratory tests of the tubing and the coupling showed a high quality of cleaning. The technology was optimized using combustion catalysts.

  • ТРЕХМЕРНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ РАБОЧЕГО ПРОЦЕССА В КАМЕРЕ СГОРАНИЯ ДЛЯ УТИЛИЗАЦИИ НЕФТЯНОГО ГАЗА

    The authors show a need to develop a special multi-zone combustion chamber, intended for the disposal of petroleum gas and other man-made gases. For parameter optimization of steady-state combustion wet, heterogeneous in composition and tabulation petroleum gas developed three-dimensional numerical model which allows to predict the distribution of parameters in terms of combustion chamber at various circuits of the supply of air and fuel gas in the preliminary design phase. To verify the model, we performed a series of experimental studies of the working process in the combustion zone multi-zone camera. The maximum difference between the calculated and experimental data on the temperature amounted to 0,9 %, which indicates the functionality of the proposed model.

    This paper analyses separation process of gas-liquid mixture in submersible centrifugal gas separators. Gas separation coefficient is a monotonic function of two non-dimensional variables. Values of the function at the boundaries of variation range are found. Approximation of gas separation coefficient by the function satisfying these conditions is obtained. For gas separators of different designs the suggested characteristic curve was correlated to experimental information. It is shown that average approximation error did not exceed 10 %.

  • УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ВЫРАБОТКОЙ ЗАПАСОВ НЕФТИ, ДРЕНИРУЕМЫХ ГОРИЗОНТАЛЬНЫМИ СКВАЖИНАМИ

    The author considers the need to monitor and regulate the development of the oil reserves of layers drained by horizontal wells. The article shows that the use of special technical means allows to adjust the flow of each trunk or its plot. The influence of bottomhole pressure on productive characteristics of horizontal well is discussed. Areas of the trunk and the bottomhole pressure are determined for maximum flow rate of horizontal wells. The author describes how to determine the optimal values of the depression for a reservoir.

    Dependence of oil and gas industry on supply of import products was building up during approximately 15 years and currently it seriously complicates the plans for development of new oil and gas production facilities and enhancement of product processing capacity. Analysis of production processes showed that production and services of the Russian companies decreased even in sectors where they were quite successful. Management of import substitution system is proposed in order to save and develop domestic producers. Principal algorithm of the work organization developed by the Company specialists shows consistency in formation of imported products dependence on principal needs of oil and gas companies prior to defining production capabilities of manufacturers, components and materials. The main concept of the algorithm is the method of defining the 'lowest' element that can be used as a basis for making the complete 'chain' of modified production facilities as well as defining time and volumes of planned investments.

    The article discusses the role of information in the innovation process. Innovations are based on information, but also generate a flood of new information signals, which in the long term ensure the spread of innovation in society, scaling the results. In this article the author has tried to show that the institutions and mechanisms of management of innovation processes and projects are born as a result of the complex and often unconscious desire of man to reveal just such information that will give him food for thought, discovery and progress. The author sets the task to formulate rules to identify necessary for the implementation of innovative projects information signals, analysis and use in future activities. The solution to this problem is based on a clear systematization of information signals, selective working with them, as well as the formation of a proactive attitude towards information coming to man from his environment. Mastering these skills can detect exponentially scalable events that could lead to a significant and rapidly spreading in society results. Such events usually significantly stand out background information and their identification requires a hierarchical system of organization of the innovation process.

  • УСЛОВИЯ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ И ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ УГЛЕВОДОРОДНЫХ СИСТЕМ НА ПРИСАХАЛИНСКОМ ШЕЛЬФЕ ОХОТСКОГО МОРЯ

    In order to improve the efficiency of exploration on the project Sakhalin-3 was created regional geodynamic evolution model of Sakhalin shelf. Based on the results of paleotectonic and paleogeographic analyzes were determined conditions for the formation of sedimentary complexes and petroleum systems in the study region. Identified patterns of anticlinal structures have allowed to divided it by genetic principle into two types - latitudinal and submeridional. The simulation results showed that the sedimentary basins are poly-kitchen in Sakhalin shelf, i.e. each of them includes is the number of sub-basins, each of which is allocated 1-5 generation-accumulation hydrocarbon systems with autonomous centers of hydrocarbon generation, their own areas of distribution and spatial time evolution.

    A new integrating approach to the research of complex structure middle Jurassic alluvial deposits is proposed in the article. The research is based on the allocation in the formation genetically homogeneous time transgressive facies (by means of electrometric facial analysis). It is also focused on the assessment of influence over structural factor on lateral distribution of the deposits. This methodology provides effective planning of the exploration and production drilling activities.

    Carbonate reservoirs of the deposits 301-303 present specific challenges for the development due to a well-developed system of vertical and horizontal fractures and presence of deconsolidated reservoir zones. The analysis of pilot operations conducted in this area showed that horizontal and directional drilling remain the most efficient techniques for the development of such reservoirs out of all methods tested although many issues related to rapid increase of water cut in horizontal wells remain unsettled.
