ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ УВЕЛИЧЕНИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РАЗРАБОТКИ ЗАЛЕЖИ ВЫСОКОВЯЗКОЙ НЕФТИ С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ ЭНЕРГОРЕСУРСОСБЕРЕГАЮЩИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ

The authors analyzed the development of Keramicheskoye field using hot water injection into deposit of high-viscosity oil in Bobrikovsky horizon of Soldatskoe rise. Effective temperature in which oil displacement is the most efficient was determined. Injection of hot water in to deposit of high-viscosity oil is prevented the decrease in the initial reservoir temperature, to reduce the viscosity of the reservoir oil and to prevent the sediment of of asphaltenes, resins, paraffin in the reservoir, leading to the blocking of oil in low-permeability layers. It is shown the use of wave technology in conjunction with injection of hot water will ensure more complete oil displacement and oil recovery enhancement when developing Bobrikovsky deposit in Soldatskoe rise.

The paper presents the petrophysical model of the Lower Devonian and Upper Silurian reservoirs on R. Trebs field. These oil reservoirs are characterized by a very complex architecture and geometry of the void space, which includes practically all types of voids such as genetic and epigenetic pores, fractures, solution vugs and molds. The main rock physics properties and their dependences are analyzed (porosity, permeability, residual water) for various lithotypes identified in the productive section. The study results are used to identify and validate common trends and patterns for the distribution of the rock physics properties of the reservoir rocks which belong to different lithological units, recommendations are given for the application of the obtained cross-plots for different development targets.

Horizontal and vertical tanks are widely used at oil industry upstream process facilities; they act as vessels for produced water pre-separation or for emulsion «cool» wash through water cushion; at that, vertical wash tanks are widely demanded to handle wellstream at heavy oil fields. Efficiency of tank functioning depends on correct inlet of liquid in the tank, however, as field experience demonstrates, equipment and technology of oil/water mix feed does not meet requirements for liquids' equal apportionment over tank section. Intended to resolve this problem, distribution systems have several configurations; however, none of them completely resolves the problem of specific process load's noticeable inhomogeneity over tank section. Based on the said Giprovostokneft has set the task to develop calculation procedure for hydraulic and structural parameters of distribution system elements to feed liquid in the tank and to develop the most efficient geometric scheme of the distribution system. Results are presented in the article.

Comprehensive studies and in-field tests established that one of promising ways of protection of tubes and equipment for oil and gas production is application of thermochemical diffusion zinc coating. High field-performance data of diffusion zinc coated tubing and their threaded joins and prospects of their use in difficult conditions of oil and gas production were demonstrated. A new standard for diffusion zinc coatings is developed by International Standard Organization with participation of Ukraine and Russia. It is expected to be in force in 2015.

The new approach is suggested in the article for measuring flow rate of fluid with uncertain viscosity and density as well as design of flow meter applied as a part of downhole sensor. The flow meter allows to measure flow rate with accuracy of ± 5 %.

The paper deals with the problem of selecting an optimal acid composition for stimulation of low-permeability carbonate reservoirs through hydrochloric-acid treatment. Tested acid compositions were ranked on the basis of technological parameters, including long-term rock dissolution effects, corrosion activity, compatibility with formation fluids and flow characteristics of natural carbonate cores. It has been shown that field applications of any acid composition should be preceded by thorough evaluation of compatibility of the treatment agent with reservoir fluids and the rock itself. Moreover, an individual approach is required which is based on comprehensive study of geological and field conditions of each targeted reservoir.

The article presents research results of liquid properties near the solid surface. The object of these researches is basically water and some one component organic liquids. Their example shows changes of liquid physical properties under the solid surface influence: density, viscosity, phase transition temperature, electrical properties. The necessity of additional experimental information is concluded. Tasks of surface phenomenon in porous void quantitative experimental research method creation, linking of surface phenomenon and traditional core sample research results are announced.

Yuzhno-Orlovskoye oil field is one of promising and unstudied fields of Samaraneftegas JSC and is being drilled over at the moment. Therefore, placement of new wells (both exploration and production) requires being justified. The article considers a reconstruction of geological model on the basis of integrated geology and development analysis of Yuzhno-Orlovskoye oil field with account for seismic features, reserves re-estimation and objects integration. Expected oil bearing zones are allocated, exploration and production wells placement is suggested.

In the current situation in Russian Federation the role of fuel-energy complex ecological security guaranty is increasing, it needs more intensive attention to legal regulation of warning and elimination of emergency situations, which are connected with oil and oil products spill, potentially dangerous object protection from terroristic acts. The situation of legal regulation was considered in this sector for the last years. The role of fuel-energy complex security legislation aimed at illegal interference prevention was marked. There was done a conclusion about necessity to create the state system of fuel-energy complex security.

ПРЕДЕЛЬНОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ НАСЫЩЕННЫХ ГОРНЫХ ПОРОД И ПРОГНОЗ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ ДОБЫВАЮЩИХ СКВАЖИН

The work is dedicated to research of strength and damage of fluid saturated rocks and has a practical application in petroleum and gas related rock mechanics. In order to understand the influence of fluids on the limit state of rock, triaxial laboratory tests on saturated rocks were conducted. The Mohr Coloumb strength theory is used to describe limit state of fluid saturated rocks. The results of stress distribution around vertical boreholes located in fluid saturated rocks based on the elastoplasticity theory are given. Prediction of limit state zone around vertical borehole shows that if initial stress state is non-hydrostaticthe shape of limit state zone is elliptical. The presents of fluids in the rockswill magnify the size of limit state zone. The assessment of probability of crack formation during hydro fracturing of borehole due to significant fluid and mud pressure is done.

There are given the results of studies of phosphonic complexons influence on deposition of salts from aqueous solutions comprising deposit generating ions. The possibility of their application as inhibitors of poorly soluble salts crystallization is evaluated. It is established that application of polymer additives together with phosphonic complexons increases the efficiency of scale inhibition. The prospects of chemical scale prevention methods are shown.

Nowadays, a well completion technique involving horizontal drilling and application of swellable packers has gained wide acceptance across the globe. This paper describes the methodology and results of bench testing of water-swellable packers designed for the conditions encountered in the fields operated by Tatneft JSC. Experience in shutting-off the fractured sections of horizontal wells using domestic swellable packers is reviewed.

One of the main wellbore problems in the Romashkinskoye field Deposits No. 301-303 is scaling of downhole pumping equipment. The operator has been successfully using liners made of scaled tubing that serve as scaling calta-lysts. The effect can further be enhanced by chokes. This causes deposition of salts (scaling) on the liner itself, rather than on the downhole pumping equipment. For the recent 5 years, the number of workover operations dropped from 57 to 9.

Viscosity of petroleum dispersed systems has been investigated in the region of ''anomalous'' dependence of shear stress on shear rate under shear rate increasing is accompanied by diminishing of stress. It was shown that fluid flow could be accompanied by oscillations of fluid expenditure which reduce well and tubing productivity. The ways of physical fields application to overcome those oscillations are given.

Improving the effectiveness of acid treatment of wells is an important task. One of the trends in this area is the use of selected high quality acid compositions. The main types of additives for preparing acid compositions are demulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, dispersant, stabilizer iron and mutual solvent. Varying concentrations and ratios of reactants can adjust the properties of the acid composition. The dependence of the contact angle and interfacial tension of the content demulsifier compatibility acid composition of the oil on the concentration of iron and the presence of the stabilizer, and studied the changes of reservoir properties rocks exposed on the core material acid composition based additives ITPS. The methodology of testing acid composition in relation to the given conditions is suggested.

Инновационное развитие - сложный, многомерный и многофакторный процесс, отличающийся высокой степенью неопределенности. Вопросы управления такими процессами входят в число наиболее дискуссионных. Как вести себя в условиях неопределенности, как принимать решения и как действовать? В статье [1] автор попытался раскрыть важность проактивного восприятия информации, умения ее анализировать и вычленять в общем информационном потоке экспоненциально масштабируемые события, которые могут существенно повлиять на результативность человеческой деятельности, включая управление инновационным процессом. По мнению автора, проактивность должна определять суть поведения инновационного управляющего. В предлагаемой статье рассмотрена методология проактивного управления (proactive management) инновациями.
