A new scientific-technological approach on solution of the problem of caved-in interval sealing by steel pipes without cementing with minor loss in borehole diameter, as one option, and without loss in borehole diameter as second option, has been developed and field tested. A technology has been created, enabling for the first time in drilling practices to realize interval-by-interval consolidation of difficult lost circulation zone by steel pipes without any loss in borehole diameter.

The problem of rational well distribution density over the oil pool is discussed. Criterion of development rationality is presented, which accounts for current economical conditions and shows, that planned well number and oil recovery factor are substantially influenced by prices and taxes.

Profitability of oil production with the consideration of equipment, materials and power supply costs, as well as oil sale price and sale tax rate, is estimated. Computer implementation of the method using state-of-art computer technique and technology is described. It is shown that the method allows comparing and choosing of the most feasible options of geological/technical measures and introduction of new technique.

Given are algorithms and approaches of creating an address three-dimensional geological formation model, analysis of reserve exploitation and estimation of horizontal and vertical sweep factors of formations. Structure of residual recoverable reserves was determined by SibNIINP JSC using their own developed programming software. Reviewed are two methods of creating geological address model detailed digital three-dimensional address model and probability/statistic method.

Based on the conducted research and studies geological-ecological zoning has been completed. Areas of high geological-ecological risks are determined. Environmental protection measures are developed, providing for decrease of underground waters pollution levels caused by drilling operations, for ecologically safe burial of drilling wastes in ground pits and neutralization of soils at drilling sites and near producing wells.

For diagnosing a technical state of deeply-pump equipment for oil wells a positionduration-pulse algorithm to analyse amplication signal is suggested. The algorithm allows to simplify a procedure and to raise the reliabilty of diagnosing. With a wiew to provide the reliabilty of diagnosing the hybrid system containing additional expert estimations is used.

Multioptional calculations have been conducted on determination of basic parameters of formation oil displacement by water under conditions of joint development of all productive layers of multilayered formation. Presented are differential equations for mass retaining of water and oil, equations for heat transfer with account of convectional and conductional flow components and their difference analogues. Accomplished are numerical calculations of cold and hot water injection under three rows well pattern.

It is noted, that horizontal wells at Tatarstan oil fields are mainly targeted at development of Bashkirian and Turneyskiy productive stages. Presented are profiles of the wells, drilled on these stages. It is shown, that horizontal wells, in general, meet their target - to provide for oil rates increase with simultaneous water cut decrease.

Reviewed are design and operation principles of the units with movable Sh.Vnozzles, used for gas treatment. Degree of gas treatment from dust in the nozzle working zone is determined. It is stated, that the unit with movable Sh.V-nozzle is characterized as high efficiency multifunctional facility, capable to perform processes of contact heat exchange, mass exchange, vaporization, deaeration, oil separation, liquid phases mixing.
