PERFECTION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY ON DISCIPLINE «HISTORY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS» B.R. Goloschapov, Ph. D., professor The Moscow state regional university, Moscow Key words: regularities of physical culture and sports, specific principles of physical culture and sports, system of physical training, system approach, independent work of students, national regional (high school) component of curriculum. The author offers the following innovations in teaching the subject «History of physical culture and sports» (HPCS): to teach the history of the origin and development of the regularities of physical culture and sports at lectures, and to concentrate the basic attention on the historical aspects of numerous specific principles on seminar occupations and during the independent work of students. Many aspects of perfection of the educational activity on HPCS have found their reflection in the issued by the author in 2002 federal curriculum and the manual for students of the higher educational institutions training on the specialty 033100 - «Physical culture» with the signature stamp of the educationmethodical council of high schools of the Russian Federation on the pedagogical education, that sustained 3 editions.

INVESTIGATION OF COMPETITION STRESS OF ATHLETES GOING IN FOR DIFFERENT KINDS OF SPORT ACCORDING TO INDICES OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY N.A. Ivanov Key words: athletes, sport competitions, stress, heart rate variability, vegetative regulation The article deals with the results of investigations of the competition stress of the athletes going in for different kinds of sport according to the indices of the heart rate variability (HRV). 94 participants of competitions of different levels going in for such sport games as volley ball, minifootball, boxing, free wrestling, powerlifting, bullet shooting have been investigated. In order To analyze the heart rate variability APK Varicard and ISKIM 6 software have been used. The quantitative estimation of the stress level that the athletes have during competitions have been made in terms of indices of the heart rate variability. It has been shown that the changes of the vegetative regulation under the conditions of the competition stress have been characterized by the considerable reduction of the indices reflecting the activity of the parasympathetic part (pNN50, RMSSD, SDNN, HF%) and the activity increase of the sympathetic part (SI, AMo) of the vegetative nervous system. The direction and availability of dynamics of the indices changes of heart rate variability depend on kind of sport, type of vegetative regulation and class of athletes and the importance of competitions.

The purpose of the research was to estimate and compare the parameters of physical condition of an organism of first year students of the academy of physical culture of various specializations depending on the influence of exogenous intoxications (alcohol, tobacco products, incidental intake of psychoactive substances - PS). Regular systematic trainings render powerful positive influence on the parameters of adaptation (according to the data of variability of an intimate rhythm) and in many respects level and mask the negative influence of exogenous intoxications on an organism.

Baumans technical university, Moscow Key words: statistics, shaping, tasks, factorial analysis, students. the authors have been carrying out the regular occupations on the basis of programs on art gymnastics, aerobics and shaping in female students groups for many years. Unfortunately, the real exercises in students sports groups, are frequently far from the planned purposes. Many exercises are overloaded with power elements though they should develop other physical qualities. This non uniformity in planning tasks finds the reflection in the overestimated correlation connections between parameters. The factorial analysis with the help of the orthogonal transformation of an initial matrix of parameters offered by the authors gives the allocation of their roles in the formation of new variables (virtual parameters), independent from each other and reflecting the real contents of the offered tasks, distinguished from the initial plan.

The results of the researches on studying the structure and the contents of brilliant combinations of highly skilled freestyle wrestlers are given in the article. It is shown, that the following operational actions are incorporated in the basis of their construction: false method carrying out; use of the contenders protective effort; realization of one or multidirectional finishing method. The combinational style of wrestling is formed on the basis of showing individual brightly expressed sides of the wrestlers preparedness.
