Перспективы освоения гидроминеральных ресурсов нефтяных месторождений Урало-Поволжья

It is shown that formation and produced water of terrigenous Devonian are perspective hydromineral raw material, the reserves of which are practically inexhaustible. Tehnological principles and structure of complex for formation water processing with extraction of table salt, well killing fluid and bromine have been elaborated. By an example of NGDU Irkinneft the evaluation of efficiency of the elaborated complex for formation water processing has been performed, which confirmed the necessity and profitability of its construction. Annual profit, obtained from one ton of processed formation water is equivalent to profit, obtained from one ton of produced oil.

Conclusion is made, that geological-exploration activities, oriented toward devonian and vendo-rifey productive complexes due to the newly developed assumptions on their structure and oil saturation distribution, could help to involve their vast resources into active commercial development. Results are presented of the tests, conducted in the wells, drilled to rifey-vend complex with the purpose of defining its oil saturated volumes.

Treatment efficiency of bottom hole area in horizontal wells and horizontal sidetracks is evaluated and stated.

Authentity is shown of eliminating the influence of nonuniform velocity anomalies by introducing compensating statistical corrections with consequent specification of common depth point velocities. Substantiation is given for accepted admissions in calculations of statistical corrections, compensating velocitiesnonuniformity in upper parts of the interval.

Presented are the results of magnetic devices application in injection wells of Abdrahmanovskoye oil field. It is stated, that application of magnetic devices of proposed type provides for injection rates increase, eliminates freezing of pipelines, does not require extra power consumption or changes of existing formation pressure maintenance equipment stock.

Two recipes of surfactant compounds for different geological-physical conditions have been chosen: SNPX-95 and SNPX-9502. Two technologies utilizing these compounds have been developed: bottom hole area stimulation in injectors for injectivity increase; oil recovery enhancement utilizing SNPX-95M. Field tests have been conducted in conditions of different temperatures and mineralization of injected water. It is stated, that application of SNPX-95 agent for stimulation of the fields at the late stage of development has very high perspective.

Given is short geological and production characterization of Krasnoiyarsk oil field. More than ten isolated locations are delineated, where residual oil reserves are concentrated. Presented are the results of associated water production limitation technology field tests and of incremental displacement of residual oil by injecting of gelling compound in three injectors.

Field tests of a number of domestic and foreign made corrosion inhibitors have been conducted. Method of linear polarization has been utilized, enabling to produce values of corrosion speed during very short time period, which, in its turn, enabled to quickly evaluate efficiency of each corrosion inhibitor, undergoing the tests. It is stated, that Petrolite K-143 corrosion inhibitor is the most effective.

Presented are the results of lab experiments and field-commercial tests at OSC "Saratovneftegas" wells on application of hydrophobic emulsified solutions of tar-bitumen emulsion type and reversed emulsion, based on lime-bitumen solution. High efficiency is shown for application of these solutions for drilling-in and completion of productive formations, and, also, for drilling the wells in complex geological conditions.
